Tulip Special Kashmir
Description
Once called the Model Floriculture Center, the Tulip Garden was first opened in 2007 by the former Chief Minister Gulam Nabi Azad. The Dal Lake, Nishat Bagh, and Chashma Shahi Garden surround this gorgeous garden on three sides. This flower field was the first largest landscaping project undertaken by the government after the Mughals built pleasure spots in Kashmir in the 16th century.
Spread over 30 acres, this terraced garden is built on a mountain slope. There are seven terraces each with a different variety of flowers, especially tulips. With more than 46 varieties and 15 lakh tulips, new flowers are added each year. The tulip is a novelty; however, the climatic conditions of Kashmir are most suited for it.
The Best Time to Visit Srinagar
The best time to visit the Tulip Garden is between March-end and early April. If you fancy visiting the annual Tulip festival, then make it a point to reach Srinagar during the 1st two weeks of April. The weather is cool, pleasant throughout the year in Srinagar. April to October is the best time to visit if you love seeing colourful blossoms all over the city.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival Srinagar (Airport SXR)
Welcome to Paradise on Earth, warm welcome to Srinagar Airport, meet and greet our representative, transfer to House boat, check Inn fresh up and Enjoy Shikara ride in famous Dal Lake on Jhelum River with witness of sunset, Night halt in Srinagar Houseboat.
Meal- Dinner.
Day 2 – Srinagar – Pahalgam (142 Kms 03 Hrs 32 Min)
Morning after breakfast check out from the Houseboat and transfer to Pahalgam, Enroute visit Avantipura Ruins, Saffron Fields, Pampore Bat factories, Mutton Temple, if time permits you can enjoy Rafting in Lidder river, evening arrival at Pahalgam, hotel check inn, Night halt at Pahalgam.

Day 03 – Pahalgam Local
Morning after breakfast full day explore for Pahalgam, Visit Aaru Valley, Betab Valley, Chandanwari – base camp of Amarnath Yatra, Mamleshwara Temple, post day you can visit Baisaran with tranquil meadows, pristine lakes and picturesque setting, it also has very many options of fun games and rides by own cost, evening free time for leisure at Lidder Amusement Park and market, Night halt at Pahalgam.

Day 04 – Pahalgam – Srinagar Local ( 90 Kms 02 Hrs 13 Mins)
Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Srinagar, noon arrival at Srinagar, hotel check inn, post lunch visit Mughal Gardens, Chesma Shahi (Mughal Spring), Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Bliss), Shalimar Garden (The Abode of Love), if time permits visit Shankarcharya Temple, evening free time for leisure and shopping at Srinagar, Night halt at Srinagar Hotel.

Day 05 – Srinagar – Gulmarg- Srinagar (55 Kms 01 Hrs 55 Min)
Morning after breakfast check out from the houseboat and proceed to Gulmarg via Tungmarg, Enroute visit Apple Orhards, Cherry Orchards, Strawberry fields and valley of Deodhar, noon arrival at Gulmarg and visit Khilanmarg by taking a ride in world’s highest cable car Gondola or enjoy your day by visit world’s highest golf course, evening back to Srinagar check in to the hotel free for leisure, Overnight halt at Srinagar.

Day 06 - Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar
After breakfast Drive to Sonmarg, and full day excursion of Sonmarg which is one of the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. Sonmarg also called Meadow of Gold is located at a height of 2690 meters. You may take a pony ride (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. Return to the hotel by evening for overnight stay in hotel at Srinagar.

Day 7 – Srinagar Drop
After the breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar Airport to board your flight for you onward journey with memorable experiences of D and P Holidays.

Travel Tips -
- While visiting Hindu mythological sites, shrines and temples, one should remove shoes and cover head with a piece of cloth before entering the Holy Place.

- Fitness: All pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.

- One Photo Identity and address Proof of each traveler in original and photocopy. Itcan be valid PAN Card & AADHAAR Card Photo ID with address, issued by GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENSE, VOTER ID, ID PROOF AUTHORISED BY SCHOOL AUTHORITY FOR MINOR.
- Foreign National or NRI need to carry Valid Passport and Visa.
- 5 Numbers Passport size photo in case any permit is required to visit any restricted place.
Booking Procedure -
- Initial payment of INR 10000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) or 50% of total tour cost whichever is higher is require to hold any service. In case tour date falls within 15 Days than 100% require confirming the booking.
- Full payment should clear 15 Days prior to tour start without any delay.
Cancelation Guidelines -
- After Confirmation – Charges 20% of the total tour cost / INR 5000.00 (Higher)
- 30 - 26 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 25% of total tour cost / INR 5000.00 (Higher-side)
- 25 - 20 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost / INR 5000.00 (Higher-side)
- 19 - 16 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost / INR 5000.00 (Higher-side)
- 15 - 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost
- Part payment needs to be clear as per cancellation procedure, in case of extension written mail require with fresh date. Missing of three deadlines deem as cancelled of all arrangements.
- In case of any file cancel, amount to be refunded after calculation the Cancellation charge and GST amount.
- It will take minimum 15 days to process the refund but not more than 30 days.
- The refund amount will be transfer to the account from where the advance received. In case of cash deposit authorization over mail require to mentioning the account
